Question for Pilots Flying over Baja

Out of La Bay past Poncho's place at San Rafael a few miles is what looks like a wall from the Sea up the hill for about 500 feet. It may be a wall or a pipe or a fence or whatever. Have any of the pilots on Nomad ever seen it and if so what is your opinion as to what it is.

Here it is on Google Earth:

Here I have traced a path from the mtn/hill edge to it and the coordinates:

Another view showing the road from San Rafael:

Thanks

Looking South

Looking down, East at top, pin added at top/ west end of wall

Distance from Pancho's to wall: 4.57 miles, as the crow flys.
