Telcel office close to Mex 1?

Does anyone know of a Telcel office either in Rosarito or Ensenada? I need to get my Amigo phone's sim card and minutes updated while heading south.

Telcel Office in Rosarito

If it is more convenient for you, there is a big Telcel office at the north end of town.

Just take the first exit for Rosarito off the toll road, go south on Benito Juarez Blvd, past the Office Depot, Calimax grocery store, Coppel department store (all on your right) and about one-half mile farther south, turn right into the parking lot that is anchored by a large Roma pharmacy. The Telcel office is straight ahead in the back of the lot.

If I recall correctly, there is a very tall Telcel signpost that is easy to spot.
