Who operates this weather station?

Not really looking for speculation. Someone on Nomads KNOWS who is operating it. Astrobaja?

There was a top speed wind of 69 MPH today up there! Extreme weather at 10,000 feet.

The astronomer staff at the observatories, 9,280 feet above sea level, across the canyon from Diablo Mountain.

Sure the observatorio runs the weather station but I've always wondered where the doppler radar station is, you can see it bottom left on the above link. It seems to be around Hacienda Sinaloa (by the look of where the little red square is).

Its - 18 C right now at the observatory (with wind chill factored in) just like an average day back in Ontario, I miss it so.....NOT!
