I posted it for you amiga...I've got a message into Sixto the Fonmar official who brings me the licenses here asking him what the heck? Why are they 175 pesos here and 136 in Cabo?

thanks for the ayuda .. its painful being tech-challenged ..
THAT is definitely a great question .. and wierder still is why they are different prices here depending on where they are purchased ...
So your guess is as good - make that better - than mine ..
Seems like I/we have been having the license discussion for at least 14 years .. goes back to the days of those obnoxious inkpad stamps that had to say Cabo San Lucas on them or else the boat could/would be sent back to port ..
