Came out through Tecate on Monday and didn't see any cops. Over exaggerated all my stops just in case.....

I've been going through a lot lately and almost always see cycle cops working the nightmare of merging traffic right before the left turn to go up the border hill.
Whoever laid out the roads there had to be on acid.

Anyway....I haven't seen any law on the long hill going into town for the last few trips.

Be careful. It's the cop you can't see that's a problem.

Mike....Did you get that book in the mail? Please, say yes.

I'll look into it, Mike. If memory serves, it was mailed in San Ysidro on the 23rd, so maybe it's still on the horses back.
I use a mail service from Punta Banda.

Bundle up. El Cajon will be chilly tonight.
