Trip Report - January 24-27, 2013

Time for just a quick trip report....

We traveled to Ensenada on Thursday the 24th and started our offroad trip there. Arrived and got unloaded for our weekend adventure. Friday we headed over to San Felipe via Ojos Negros and Diablo Dry Lake. The trip started out in the rain and we were continually in and out of it. We stayed Friday night at El Cortez - great as usual! On Saturday, we headed south to Huatamote Wash and went through there. It was beautiful and no rain! We continued on and headed to Mike's Sky Ranch. Lots of mud and rain - not ideal conditions! Stayed at Mike's Saturday night... Sunday we headed out back to Ojos for lunch at a cheese factory. Really cool place and highly recommended! La Cava de Marcello, I believe was the name of the place where you eat down in a cellar surrounded by cheese! Following lunch we headed back to Ensenada and on home. I haven't had time to post any pics, but a friend put together a video. Here is the link:

You might have to copy the link.....

How to post You Tube clips on Nomad

1) Get the clip url from the browser... in this case:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pUscONBv_w

2) Remove the watch? and the = from both sides of the v and add a / after the v:

http://www.youtube.com/v/0pUscONBv_w

3) Add this tag to the front of the altered url, without any spaces:

[flash= 640x360]

4) Add this tag to the back of the altered url, without any spaces:

[/flash]

Here is the full link now but with a space added in the tag, so you can see the link

[flash= 640x360]http://www.youtube.com/v/0pUscONBv_w[/flash]

Here it is, as it looks with the space removed:
