That's about $100 usd per sq/meter. Pricey for unreliable waves. Water is trucked in, no power or sewer. On the other hand, if you have the bucks, your investment will catch up with you in your lifetime. Not mine though. High risk -- I'm thinking a Marina at Pt. 2. It's the Mexican way.

I ended up using all the water at one of the rentals in SJ and yep, they had to order a truck from Cadaje.

Ruben's website was down for a while, (see above link) and when it came back online there was the lote listing. Seems he may have reached some sort of agreement/compromise in the campground vs. lots fight?

I remember seeing this lot posting a few years back. Just believe he never updated it. Thought it was expensive then and now. The price is right for someone.
