My recommendation.

Who am I to say? We all enjoy Baja in our own ways. To me it is a very special place, especially on and in the water.

I don't see myself on a large cruise ship--- definitely not our style; they probably would like hiking boots or Birkenstocks at Captain's dinner. :P

But I find these small casual nature ships interesting and they do look like fun. Is the Searcher a part of a company or group that does these type of cruises in other places like Tierra del Fuego? I still want to see penguins up close.

Meeting people from all other parts of the world is always great. You are smiling in all your pictures and that says it all.

On edit --- answered my own question http://www.bajawhale.com/wildlife-tours/

Need to look for something similar!

I assume that is the Searcher out of San Diego, generally
a long range type of fishing boat, Art Taylor, the owner/
Capt, seems to be a stand up kinda of guy, I understand
some of the trips start is SD and go around the Cape up
to some of the Isles off Loreto, probably not inexpensive
but what a trip
