Bill
Do you know their hours, days, etc.
Jim is in Loreto and thought he might ride out to see them
Anything he needs to know beside stay on the dirt road until they run into it?
phone number?

Judy, it's about 5 or 6 miles of easy dirt road. There are little signs along the way, watch for them. Are you still up this way?

From the end of the pavement on Davis Street, I would guestimate 6 miles. I rode my quad about 1/2 way to their place today and the road was in pretty good shape for dirt. No 4 wheel needed but drive slowly in some spots.
When he thinks he is lost and nothing could possibly be out that road, go further and then for sure he will think we are pulling his leg and bam, there it is.

When are they going, maybe I can show them the way? I will be heading North on Saturday so it will have to be before then.

Be careful of the attack Hot Dog dogs. (Dashounds, sic)

Here's a pic of Alejandro and young Alex with a couple of dorado on the beach in front of La Picazon while Brownie stands guard.

La Picazon (2005).. Back when they first got started north of Loreto..

The spread is much bigger today..
Best to give them a call first to be sure they are open..

Thanks to all
The guys went out yesterday for a late lunch and had a wonderful reunion with Imelda and Alejandro. I was beyond jealous to hear that callo burgers were still on the menu.
I cant believe that the sons are both in college in Guadalajara. Nothing like your friend's children to let you know how long it has been since you have seen them.
