License question

I always buy my fishing license annually, but my two adult sons and I are going to BOLA for a week around the first of Dec.
This is to be a first trip for their 4 yr old sons to Baja with Grampa.
Is there any place in BOLA they can get their fishing licenses? I am hoping not to tarry too long in Ensenada. I know they can get them there. Thanks
