Breath-hold spearfishing.

Anyone have any good spots to share? I'd be willing to hire a panga if there is an epic spot, but would prefer coastal access. I'll be between San Felipe and Loreto for about a week. I'm not looking for a trophy, just some dinner.

What species should I be looking for, and where will I find them? I've done plenty of spearfishing in Southern California, should I expect anything drastically different on the east coast of Baja?

Gracias!

If you are going to be in Loreto go south a few miles to Nopalo Cove , and swim around the back side....
