CULTURAL CENTER IN SAN JAVIER

I so like the idea behind this project, they are selling items that the ranchers make:

JAMS - HONEY - WINE - OLIVE OIL

EMBROIDERY:

THE YELLOW BOXES ARE REALLY BEAUTIFUL AND ONE FITS INSIDE THE OTHER:

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS MAKING IN THIS PHOTO, BUT IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD:

QUILTS:

I BOUGHT THIS MACRAME PLANT HOLDER AND IT IS NOW UNDER OUR PALAPA:

THIS GENTLEMAN WAS THE SALESMAN. HE TOLD ME THAT:
HE IS FROM SAN JAVIER
HIS PARENTS ARE FROM SAN JAVIER AND
HIS GRANDPARENTS WERE FROM SAN JAVIER

THEY HAVE ALL SOLD VEGETABLES SUCH AS TOMATOES, CHILES - WINES - OTHER STUFF TO MAKE THEIR LIVING:

Here is a link to a trip report that willyAirstream made on the Dec festival in San Javier:

This store is located right on the main drag in SAN JAVIER - if you are in front of the church facing outwards, it is on the right about halfway down.

I saw no goat cheese.

We did taste the extra virgen olive oil and it is supreme - they were (not surprisingly) out of it but gave us some to taste.
