Coconut Camarones

Before La Playita had the marina installed, I had coconut camarones at a small restaurant. They were out of this world:cool: During my next trip there after the marina was in place, I returned but the new owners had a different cook and the camarones were a disappointment.

Where are the best coconut camarones in Baja?

P.S. This guy walked in the first time with some yellowtail he had caught earlier and asked the cook to prepare it for him....and he sent a plate of yellowtail to each table already seated. He was a bit under the influence of a successful day of fishing and the refreshments that often coincide with such an activity....we all enjoyed his sharing, spirit, and yellowtail....muchas gracias, extranjero :saint:

Ged...

Personally I love coconut cut from the shell, but I don't like coconut after it has been cooked, whether in shrimp, macaroons, or whatever. BUT I do know that all who have tried Ray's in Mulege rave over it. Ergo, I think it must be quite good!

Me? I love his Papagayos shrimp.
