The Olympics arn't usually awarded to a consortium of countries. Besides......this idea is ridiculous.
Somebody should explain this to Mayor Idjit Filner before he gives San Diego to Mexico as a goodwill gift.

I heard that Taco Bell is going to sponsor the Run For The Border Marathon that goes from TJ to San Diego.

The problem is that the Mexico team has a few million team members.

FMM's????

Wonder if the international athletes will have to get a new FMM each time they cross the border or will they keep the original one for 180 days and use it for multiple crossings???........and how will they turn the old one in???

This would be awesome but I doubt San Diegans would upgrade their city to the level needed to host an Olympics.

Ridiculous!

Preposterous to think that the host would have one half of the city (mexicans) prohibited from entering the other half (USA)!

Olympic venues separated by razor wire! Only wealthy Mexicans allowed to cross line!

Very sporting!
