$600 mo. Lease ?

That's exactly how much my property taxes were in the US. $7200/year.

If I understand this correctly...

They are asking $50,000 for the improvements...PLUS...having to pay a $600/ month lease for the palapa space??

Udo,

My take is you can buy it for 50K OR ,lease it for $600...They don't state what the monthly land lease is...I sure hope it's not 600......

Mexico!! Where two can live as cheaply as one.....but it costs twice as much.....

As I understand it

We have several friends that have places there over 7 years.

They pay $600 mo +IVA with a 15 year lease (owner is a Gringo) and he renews the lease every year again. I think a discount is given for full year payments.

Yes, you purchase the improvements and pay the lease.

The views from the 2nd flr patio is awesome.

Great people there and lots of dinner parties, ladies pool day, guy's fish a lot and some just chill. Some full timers and some snow birds.

If you are interested and want pic's just call Karen at the above numbers.
