I'm trying to find a real pig in San Felipe?

Seriously

A group of us are having a Memorial Day Party at our casa in San Felipe and we want to cook a pig in a La Caja China.

We want to get a small pig to cook and trying to figure out where to buy a cleaned pig in Mexicali.

Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know San Filipe, but around here you just ask around at the ranchos.

I'm not sure if she's still in San Felipe but look for her at the Miramar:

Edible Pigs in San Felipe ?

Reminds me of a good Joke...............

But, maybe this isn't the place.

As to BBQ, they must be available Somewhere there.

I've been to a number of Roasts over the years where they cooked a whole pig. The last just a couple of years back.

Besides the Local Butcher Recommendation

How about contacting a local carnitas resturant?

The family-owned El Nido chain of restaurants has a ranch somewhere in the San Felipe area.

Good luck, wish I could attend your feast!
