Cinnamon Tree Blooming
The Cinnamon Tree in our Huerta is blooming and the whole place smells like cinnamon!

Yes. Cinnamon sticks are the bark rolled up.

The outer bark rolls off to make the sticks.

I got it at the Vivero Santa Anita in Constitucion, I think.
It is 3 years old and this is the first time it has flowered and made cinnamon sticks.
