BOLA Villa Bahia
Looking at staying at Villa Bahia June 14-17. I like the beach and the rooms however I just found out they only run the a/c 6:00 pm- 6:00am. We will
be out fishing during the day but I'm not sure if it will be comfortable to wait until 6:00pm for a/c during June in BOLA. Any thoughts from anyone
who has stayed at this place during June.
Thank you
Paul

I see you live in El Centro - I'm pretty sure the weather in BoLA in mid June should be tolerable. We usually make it down at the end of June and
stay through the July 4th weekend and it's usually darned hot by then. As I'm sure you're aware, the weather in BoLA is very unpredictable.
Last years July 4th trip was really nice and A/C wasn't absolutely necessary.

Stayed there before. Thought the same thing, but when I got there in no way shape or form was I gonna spend more time than for a quick shower in the
room before six. They have a SWEET deck/palapa with hammocks and a cool breeze. Guaranteed you will be there instead. Cool place, I recommend it.

thot BOLA had full time CFE power now? costs more to cool a hot zone than to keep a balance. They should select a balance like 82 and hold it, then
easier to take down to say 78 quickly. They ought to get solar thermal panels and use air to water heat exchangers/airhandlers in the rooms for solar
AC.

Villa Bahia does not have local power...to expensive to run poles and wire to the hotel. They rely on generators and solar.....that's why no AC until
late afternoon....
Mexico!! Where two can live as cheaply as one.....but it costs twice as much.....
