Car Registration and full timers


My friend Scott just sent this too me. And I thought it interesting since I only know 2 people that have plated their cars with MX plates. I'm wondering if this article is more fitting the mainland.

Most of the cars in the village are USA plated and pay a few hundred pesos to Anapromex so you can circulate...they give you a sticker that looks like a license plate and a little drivers license type thing with your photo on it.
