Free road conditions

Has anyone taken the free road from north Rosarito into Tijuana recently?

My last time through there was some construction on a bridge resulting In a nasty traffic back up.

I would like to avoid that.

Thanks for any info.

I was on it a week and a half ago and found no congestion thru the construction zone. I will be traveling it again back and forth today so an updated report will be coming your way!
