Anyone know someone who can transport a large piece of furniture from Rosarito Beach to San Diego?

Hi Ronni...............don't have a clue what "large" means, but there's a legal US guy here that does things like this, but he's, as I say, down here. If nothing else develops, let me know and I'll get his contact info to you.

transport

Ronnie - several months ago I shipped a car seat from the High Desert to San Diego via UPS. The buyer in Mulege had arranged for a freight company to get it from San Diego to Mulege.

While I was at the UPS shipping store the clerk asked why I didn't simply have UPS deliver it to Mulege, in Baja.

Well, shipping had already been arranged so I didn't want to change things.

Point of this is that if UPS would ship from the US to Mulege, it may be possible it would work the opposite direction as well??

i think those rosarito furniture stores sell/ship furniture to gringos in the states,... perhaps you can stop in a few stores and ask who they use for shipping to the states.

Danny Garcia @ MEX/USA movers - 619-634-8963 or in MX 125*147*10346.

He's moving the rest of my household belongings from San Diego to Tijuana next week. He owns his own trailers, and is very reasonable and reliable. He advertises on Craigslist, and two people from the TijuanaBlog have used him, and recommend him.

Thank you all. The furniture is in two pieces. Top is 49" tall x 60" wide x 24" deep. Bottom is 35" tall x 60" wide x 24" deep. TJ Sue, I did call Danny and he may work out. Will have to wait until he has another move, though, as too expensive to do just my piece. If anyone knows anyone else in the Rosarito Beach area, maybe who does smaller transport, please let me know. I will also check w/some of the furniture places.....already checked w/two.....no luck so far.......
