Described by neighbors as looking like a movie set. Living setup unlimited. Downstairs bedroom, living room, office. 200 cu. ft. closet space. Downstairs 70 sq ft. full bath....32 sq ft of which is a walk in shower with view of back yard . Bathroom decorated in Talavera style.
Screened in private patio(500 sq ft.) with outdoor kitchen. Two hundred sq. ft. additional patio space. Inner patio enclosed for pets. Has ceiling fans. Kitchen has Cabela camping stove, Mexican four burner stove w/ oven, small drinks refrigerator. Samsung 2011 model refrigerator / freezer.
Laundry room with two outdoor showers connected to patio.
Kitchen Aid large capacity washing machine. ALL APPLIANCES STAYING. Garden in back yard
Upstairs very cute bedroom with view of the river. Great for those afternoon siestas. One half bath upstairs.
Shaded car port for up to three vehicles. Two storage sheds(need some work)

The house is 100 yards from the Mulege river. Back a few streets. Does not get damaged from flooding. Just needs cleanup. Well maintained. Let me know if you want to see photos.

On a brighter note, rumor has it that 2 dams will be built in the valley to control flooding.

willy.....not holding my breath on the dams being built soon. Rumor also has it that Mexico wants to sell Baja to the U.S. :)
