Surfdocs Memorial


October 23 marks the first anniversary of the day we lost a great man...Surfdoc Stan. We planned a memorial "service" or better described as a c-cktail party to remember him.

A group of amigos worked very hard all week to build Stan a wonderful gravesite thanks to the donations of friends & family. I am very proud of what we accomplished and I think Stan would be too. He is the first gringo to be buried in our cemetery and he now has the unique tomb he deserves. We hope all of you who go to visit leave a sticker on the back of the panga.
We miss you Stanibuns and will always remember you!!!!

It was a nice gathering of the locals and Stan's best bud Chuck was the honoured guest.

Very Good job, Amigos. Stan was very unique and special. Stans many friends in Baja and IB are proud of his beautiful resting place. Thanks for sharing. Tio
