2br, 2ba Condo in San Jose del Cabo 95k

This beautiful condo in San Jose del Cabo has a great view and is in a very nice neighborhood. It is in great condition and much of the tile has been replaced to modernize the condo. It comes with a/c, 2 tv's, Shaw Direct dish and receivers, all appliances, washer and dryer, a great bbq grill on the patio, couches, beds, linens, towels, dishes and cutlery. Did I forget anything? Yes, it comes with pretty much everything you could need. You just have to bring your suitcase and move in. The monthly HOA's are 1200 pesos and include water, garbage and pool & bldg maintenance. It's 5 minutes from shopping and 7 minutes from the beach. It also has off the street parking. It's really a fantastic place!

Shaw Direct

The Shaw system works really well. We have our own dish up on the roof. The bill comes to us but from what I understand, each receiver is attached to an account. I don't know if they let you transfer or sell them. So, worst case scenario, you would have to bring down a new receiver or get one here and plug it in to the existing cabling.

Shaw appears to be a Canada based system, and one would need a Canada address

If having Shaw is important to you, I know of a local company that services new and existing systems for both Canadians and Americans - so it is definitely possible to continue using. In fact, I don't have a Canadian address either.

Yeah, it's near the Mega in San Jose in the Malvarrosa neighborhood. I have it listed on craigslist right now so it should be one of the first ads you come to. It has about 9 photos of the condo.

Yeah, I just uploaded it on craigslist, here's the link:
http://bajasur.en.craigslist.com.mx/reo/4137492613.html

It is 15 minutes from the airport if you take the toll road. Coming into San Jose from Cabo San Lucas, you come to a round-about in front of the Mega store. If you take a left there, you are on the toll road to the airport, bypassing the traffic in town. If, instead of turning left, you continue straight 2-3 blocks, the Malvarrosa neighborhood is on your left. It's not a gated community but is very quiet and safe. We have never had any security or theft problems.
