the road is now a dream come true! Not one pothole and it takes about an hour from Vizcaino. They are still putting the lipstick on it, lines and
spilling paint around but it's nearly done.
A big sneer for all those nay sayers and non believers that thought the road wouldnt be finished soon!
there is still a minor sand dune before the turnoff to Asuncion so try not to drive 90 MPH!

That'll be a load off for my sister Tuni and her hubby Don as they will be towing down a pop up tent trailer for lobster/whale season.
Two dirt roads diverged in Baja and I, I took the one less graveled by......

Shari, I only drove 80 on that segment. The road is perfect! Come and get it before the first pothole shows up.

Hate to be a party pooper but............
Rolling at fifty five is one thing, but rolling at 90 is almost certainly fatal

It took 9 hours but the front end of the Bronco is ready for Bahia Asuncion, Baja Sur, Mexico. I hope I have enough energy to do the rear shocks and
mount the hitch tomorrow, I don't remember being this tired and sore after working on a car. The shop wanted almost $800 to do the shocks, spent $370
and got 6 shocks, radial arm bushings (very needed), sway bar bushings, wiper blades, and a power bar with three plugs ("90s car, only has one place
to plug in for power). New hitch receiver was $200, bought one at the junkyard for $50 and a quick powder coating and it looks brand new.

the road to BA is AWESOME!!! Drove it last week. Now when one drives it you can take the time to look at the scenery instead of having to keep your
eyes focused on trying to dodge the potholes, man that road was grueling to drive, but not anymore! Yayyy!
