Rain in Asuncion for Thanksgiving week?

I was looking at the extended forcast for Bahia Asuncion.
Starting this Friday going on the the begining of the
Thanksgiving week it looks like it is calling for about a 30%
chance of rain. I was wondering if anyone familiar with the local
weather patterns can say if rain is likely & just how will it
affect the fishing conditions and the road into town.
I have some friends tha had hoped to make a short trip
to the area leaving this Thursday and returning Tuesday
of next week.

At the moment, 100% blue sky, windy, and seasonably cool.

Unless heavy rain is forecast for Ensenada or the cape, I wouldn't get too worked up about rain - high wind is another issue.

Many times fishing soars when it is rainy. This is the middle of the Vizcaino desert. On an extremely dry peninsula when you see the word "desert" in bold print take it seriously. Two tenths of a millimeter is not enough to start herding the animals aboard.

More concerned about the on water conditons being rough or too windy. It is a long way to drive to get blown out for
a quick turn around type of trip. Thanks.

It very rarely rains even when the internet call for it...but the internet sure has been off the last few days in it's wind forecasts. We have had some real snotty days making it hard to fish and it's not looking pretty for the weekend...dang...also make sure you ask your charter operator if he has the proper permits as the port captain was here a couple days ago warning those who were taking fishers without permits not to operate...so the inspectors will be out.
