Large property for sale downtown San Pedro $57k

A Mexican friend of mine is selling her property. $57k Corner lot
roughly 20m x 50m entirely walled. There is a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths, it is a fixer. Mature trees. This is located right in front of the beautiful old government building. Water/electricity/sewer it is all in working condition. It is a sale by owner.

It belongs to a girlfriend who is tired of renting it and getting things damaged and people not paying, she is fed up and wants it gone. She wants to find a little place in the center or near the center of La Paz.

San Pedro used to be a quiet little town but is now just a blurr out your window on the new Hwy. Known for its red bricks and horses. Anyone know more of its history? El Paraiso was a must stop Carnitas restaurant in the 80s and 90s! MMmmm. Tio
