Fairly skinny fish - Looks like it could carry another 50 lbs with no problem!

Looks like 2 to 3X more than you'll ever eat and two years from now when you find some of it at the bottom of the freezer even the dog won't eat it.

keep in mind these fish were shared among at least 15 people. i ONLY got about 15#'s of filets for my efforts. not that i'm complaining!

Wahoo on a bed of polenta with red peppers, mushrooms and basil from the garden. Kale and shredded broccoli and brussel sprout salad.
oh, and Buttons! my first time to Oahu (winter 1983) i was out surfing Pupukea and the wave of my trip came right to me. i was stoked and paddled
right into it when about 20 feet down the line i look up and Buttons looks me square in the eye and sez, "going right brah!" i pulled back and he
went. i've always had a special place in my heart for the guy who burned me on the wave of the trip!
RIP, brah!
