Palapa/trailer in Posada/Mulege

I just saw this on Craigslist when I was poking around. $15k 2000sf and it looks pretty nice.

It's a great price...and a nice place to live. Probably already sold.

I am thinking of jrbaja and what he would say about it. We can only imagine....

Looks like a great place inside was done up pretty nice, with a garage and all. I'm sure someone snapped that up right away!

I still have it open in a window, so here is the info:

Here is the text of the ad:

Huge place we call the "Paradise Palapa" for sale at Posada. Trailer inside with large garage and workroom. Can't get more affordable....was 40k. Just need a new owner and at this price you better hurry! Located in a gated community of active retirees 12 miles south of Mulege...right on Concepcion Bay. Year round security. Thermal hot springs and great bay for kayaking and fishing. Some furnishings included. New 10 year lease with purchase with low cost HOA fees. Charlie 507-369-5082

How close to the sea?

Can you use a google map to show the location?

Posada Concepcion is right on the water and is just south of Santispac beach.
