clearing and fencing
I have a lot in los barriles that I want cleaned up, trees trimmed, brush cleared, and everything hauled away.Then have it fenced in with goat
fencing. it is a 10,000 sq foot lot. what would this cost? I have a quote to clean it up. I am wondering if it is a good price for that portion of the
work. So anyone have an idea of what it would cost to clean/ haul. and what it would cost to then fence it in.

My friend, it looks like you need to do some networking and research. Go find out what the fencing costs, go talk to neighbors, stop workers and ask
them. Put your feet on the ground. We have been doing exactly this kind of thing here in BCS for 25+ years. If you spend a couple of days, in your
area, you will quickly get a good picture of the market. If I told you what this type of work costs in La Paz it wouldn't necessarily hold true for
LB. You're gonna get a bunch of nomads telling you how Juan or Pedro is the absolute best person for this or that but the truth is that you've gotta
get your hands dirty and sus it out. On the other hand if you just want to get the job done, contact some dirt pimp in your pueblo and he or she will
be happy to arrange for the removal of ramas from your lot and pesos from your bolsa. Buena Suerta!

Lot dimensions 125' x 80' need to fence two 80' sides and one 125'side. I figure 1200. peso per 65' x 4' roll need apx 4 rolls 4800 peso/400 Usd.
6'-7'poles spaced every 8' = 35 T posts @ 9. Usd = 315. Usd some steel wire fastener 30. Usd, sledge hammer, 30. Usd, ttl Est. 775. Usd. Plus gas
cost to haul from Home Depo San Jose. So I guess it comes to labor 2 guys. what is the daily wage for two guys?

Keep the sledge hammer for the finish work. Buy a T post pounder, available at Home Depot or Lowe's.
Don't forget some string.....set the base and corner posts, tie the string between them and start pounding T posts every 8 feet along the string.

I paid 65 pesos each for 6 foot t posts in Vizcaino not long ago. Maybe shop around some.
