Blanca brought me fish luck

Just a few hours after I met Blanca, Les and Jerry, I set off to try my luck again in Palmas Bay.

No bait anywhere but I captured a huge barillete that we used for chum trail, skip and chunk bait and spent the next 4 hours on fairly calm seas.

Got a 30 lb dorado, lost a big marlin, got some nice pargo and a boatload of big trigger fish for the table.

Thanks Blanca and Co.

Nice sized barrilete, George!

Isit not good for eating? (since you cut it up and used it for bait).

Udo, the snapshot is a pargo snapper. We used the huge barillete for scent trail, chum, skip and chunk bait.
