Go into your Aunt's on-line account and read the messages very carefully......does the notice say her SENTRI card was cancelled???? I believe they
send you a letter if they revoke your card

No reason given?
They probably won't say much over the telephone. If she uses, used the pass frequently it may have been revoked because of a breach of regulations.

My other half didn't realize the wallet had been forgotten at home until it was time to present the sentri card to the agent. So there was no ID,
passport, ect. to show the agent. Sentry was consequently revoked!

Geez, you make it sound like it's CBP's fault. I highly doubt it.
Have you talked to her about possible reasons WHY it was revoked? Or you dont really care and just want to know how to get one back?

Was the denial (or revoked) for the vehicle or the Sentri card itself?

go to the office. take all your paper work. Be prepared to wait or make an appointment.
Sometimes the revocation is a mistake. You may want your Aunt to come clean with any possible dui's or import infractions.

So paul r you got your sentri back?
Apparently the car is unders my cousins name also, so he had issues when he crossed. Since then i was reading one can request what cbp has on file
through the foia.

You can request information, but you won't get a response. I did that, and never heard back from them. Your best bet is to make an appointment to
speak to a supervisor.

CBP is so backlogged with work, that you'll never hear back from them. I appealed my Sentri denial through my Congresswoman's office, and her
assistant said that it takes 6-9 months to get a response from CBP.
Just make an appointment to speak to a supervisor, and you'll get better results.

sounds like more to the story than whats explained here. it is important upon receiving your card that you activate it, if you fail to do this online,
it will be null & void, just thier policy, double check this simple feature, might be the problem

The problem may be with the cousin who "had issues when he crossed".........if the cousin's car was added to the aunts account, that may have red
flagged the whole file.
If there was some kind of LE/CBP problem with the cousin or the cousin's car, that is pretty much of a SENTRI killer.
