Way to go La Paz!

President of Mexico was in La Paz at that time and must have attended the opening.

Also, starting last year, we started getting 50% discount from the CFE during the summer months, wonder if this has anything to do with it...

Solar and the new water channel will help keep La Paz growing for good and bad.
