Our B&B is up for sale: 200K

After a year of tossing the idea back and forth, Les and I have decided we want to travel 6 months at a time, which means we must give up the B&B.

Really, it is just a big house (7 rooms and 5 1/2 baths) and we have done the hoteling part of it as a sideline. It can be just that, a house or if you want some extra income, continue the business.

We changed the "garage" into three suites, but they could easily revert back to a garage, says Les, which would make the house a 4 room with 2 1/2 baths.

Here below is the link to the web page for pics. I will have to update the photos since the 2 main house rooms now have sliding glass door access to the porch.

Les is the negotiator, so please write him with any questions:

BTW

Clear title and currently in a bank trust (fidecomiso).

The lots in front are not part of the deal but can be negotiated separately.

Blanca,

I hope it sells quickly for you. A change and travelling is a great idea --- new beginnings are always good. We saw your place before the final changes, and it is beautiful.

The link in your signature is working, but check the link in your post --- there is a "g" in there that is keeping it from working.

You have a "g" after the "c" in labocana. Makes the link bad!! The one on the bottom of the page work though!!!

the unobstructed view of ocean is the prime selling point, you should include lots in front in deal. can't imagine the place with view and ocean access gone. do you own the lots in front?

Fixed. Thanks. Helps to have a good link LOL

Maybe it was my subconscious at work. Nahhhhhh, Just the rinky dink small keyboard on my ipad.

I am so excited about going places, meeting new peeps, doing exotic things. Which we will do whether we sell or not, it just seems a shame not to have the hotel running. Guests have full run of the house, kitchen et al, since we no longer live here.

We own all the lots down to the dunes, which is far enough away not to make a difference. THe lots are for sale, just separately from the house itself.

Wow, big move on you part. Good luck with the next chapter. Does this mean you're giving up teaching as well?

How about hiring an on site manager to run the b&b? Your complex was very impressive and we enjoyed the tour you gave us in 2012.

Les is not interested in hiring a manager, we have had plenty of offers over the years. This was really just a hobby for us and the busy season is August to December (fishing) ... The rest of the year is more od a a trickle of folks escaping the heat in Chivato, Mulege, Loreto. Recently, we have had kite boarders in the months of April and May. This certainly could be further explored.

Teaching: the six months I am in town, I will surely teach!
