2014 BULLS ONLY DORADO TOURNAMENT

THE DORADO ARE HERE!!!!!!!
FIRST DORADO CAUGHT NEAR CHIVATO, APRIL 25, 2014!!!!!!
Join the rest of them at the 18th Annual Bulls Only Dorado Tournament!
Dates: June 20,21,22, 2014
Punta Chivato, BCS, Mexico
Cash prizes for winners, PLUS hand-crafted Ibarra plaques AND a surprise gift for each lucky winner!
Friday, June 20th, Registration, Captain’s Meeting and Dinner for everyone, at the beautiful Community Center in Punta Chivato.
Saturday, June 21st, Fishing from 8 – 3
Saturday, June 21st, No host Hawaiian Luau dinner at the Hotel Hacienda in Punta Chivato.
Sunday, June 22, no host Brunch at the Hotel Hacienda in Punta Chivato.
Sunday evening, June 22nd, Awards dinner, Calcutta and Raffle winners at the Community Center.

Well... it's about damn time those dorado show up!!! I hope they are in the area in greater numbers towards the end of May when I will be down. :spingrin:

russ....schoolies?...bulls?....always exciting to hear of the first dodos of the year....i know there's a 50 peso pool going on at the jungla for the first one of the year and it's still not claimed.....did a punta chivato local catch it?....exciting!

Yes, the fish was caught by a resident of Punta Chivato and it was a really nice sized fish. 74-76 degrees is the magic number for water temp and we are hitting good sized pools of that right now offshore.
