Learning how to scuba dive

You would think after fishing the Sea of Cortez for over 45 years I would have learned to scuba.

It is never too late. My neighbor's kid, Chato, is finally going to teach me how to do it. He gave me my first lesson this morning.

At my age it's a challenge (like a lot of things) but for 200 pesos, what the hell!

Doesn't he need a pair of vice grips or something on the hose to act as a regulator?:light:

Well right off the bat I can tell he doesn't know what he is doing, everyone knows the regulator hose is supposed to go over the right shoulder. :bounce:

I'm no expert but I think when he gets in the water, the pilot light will go out.

I think it is only fair to Chato that Nomads who have critical views or remarks should be ready to scan a copy of their PADI cards to posts to this thread. Any cards that display "Propane Qualified" certification will get my attention and appreciation. I don't know a thing about the sport so forgive me.

Don't need weights because propane is heavier than air :lol:
