Road Report needed from Gonzaga to BOLa
Thinking of running down to Chivato from Mexicali / San Felipie and then down to Gonzaga / Punta Final and then out to Mex one to BOLA.
I know the vehicle we're taking can make in No Problem (purpose modified 1996Ford 351 Bronco ) but we are towing a single axle jet ski down for a
friend... so was wonder if the unpaved part to Gonzaga and then the road out to Mex 1 is doable with a trailer?
Thanks for the reply's...
Of a different issue we are opening up boat storage and small 5X8 bodegas at the hangar across from the launch ramp at Chivato. inside and out with
pull in and out and wash down area... any interest contact me here...

doable but you must go slow or risk damage to the trailer and ski. two axle trailer with a quad on it.

No more unpaved part TO Gonzaga... pavement now goes 2 miles south of the Gonzaga Pemex. Arroyo Santa Maria bridge, near 5 miles south is well
underway for new highway.
That said, it is still a bit over 30 miles to Hwy. 1 and nobody wants to destroy their jet ski or trailer using it, yet... or how slow can you drive
for 30 miles?

Well thanks for the couple that offered real advise to the question at hand. And for those with the wise cracks thanks for affirming why I seldom
post even with insightful very current information. For the ones with their eyes open the poster is heading to Chivato via BOLA and not planning on
stopping and imposing on the self righteous (obviously intimidated by a Jet Skiers) rather than a Sail boat sans motor???
I guess my neighbors in Chivato are more concerned over important issues as the overfishing of the Mexico natural resource by the multi million
dollar purse seiners destroying the birth habitat in the Santa Inez bay 100 of yards from shore and right in front of the estuaries. Rather than a
couple of consciousness fun loving adults that happen to enjoy the open air / water contact / small space exploring of a jet ski.
I guess I'll go back and just choose what and who I read on this board.

Sorry you are bummed, but this question is asked so often, maybe people are tired of answering it...I would not pull a trailer over the 30ish miles to
Hiway 1. Try the search feature, should turn up lotsa info..

Jet skis suck. It is usually never " fun loving adults exploring by jet ski ". Come on, we all know it's usually D bag dudes or airhead chicks
riding endlessly up and down the beach, going in circles, wasting gas and destroying the PEACE. I hate 'um, sorry dude.
And I'm sure most all people here are very concerned with habitat destruction, overfishing, and over development in all of Baja.
