Pouring wine

This is not a recipe but coming home from San Felipe last Sunday I was listening to Malinda Lee on KNX radio (she has a cooking show). Anyway she was talking about wine and how to serve it on formal occasions etc. She said that when you pour the wine (or any drink) that when you start to lift the bottle (or can) twist it. The twisting will cause the last drop to roll around the mouth and fall back into the bottle. I've tried it and she is right. Remember every drop counts, don't waste it.

I Knew it!!

Boxes work better! Never a drop lost. But it's verrrry difficult to twist the box.

This might be obvious, but you also never lose a drop if you drink it straight from the bottle. Not that I would ever do that.
