south dakota plates someone talked to their senator or congressman from sd

there was a follow up and he was going to let us know what happened. I had the little hothead talk to me told me sentri made new rules 2 months ago ,said they were federal and could do whatever they wanted. He said they were rechecking all plates and licenses and if they didnt match they were revoking their sentri cards.. Needless to say I'm interested what the states officials have to say,k
On edit just wanted to say NO I did not get the sentri for my second car. Wouldnt give it to me,k

A Sentri pass lets you cross the border in 30 minutes or less (most of the time), as opposed to a minimum of two hours.

I am the guy who posted about my issue with SY SENTRI when the agent refused to change my address to S. Dakota even though I am a legal resident of S. Dakota and presented such documentation to SENTRI.

I contacted S. Dakota Senator Thune's office with a description of my situation and request that he intervene. Senator Thune's office responded to me in 3 days, on June 24th, and said that it appears SENTRI acted inappropriately and the Senator would forward my issued the his CBP contact in DC.

So as of now, I haven't heard anything from CBP. I am waiting to hear the result.

In my situation, I am confident that I am within legal limits as a S. Dakota resident and I don't have any requirement to be a CA resident any longer. So my case is a solid one and any investigation the CBP conducts will not find any reason that I am not a legal S. Dakota resident. I know there are many people who may have debatable issues as to their legal residency but I am not one of those cases.

Unfortunately for the United States citizen's and everyone else in the world, CBP appears to operate without policy guidlines or oversight similar to the way the Gestapo operated when they were giving unlimited power.
