...that'd seem the case if the guard was working alone,,but it seems the whole unit was somewhat on 'edge'

......a ''central Iowa Boy Scout troop'',,,just seems like too good an alias for some 'unfriendlies',,no??

Not standing up for either side; BSA leaders don't always take control or 'the right path' through things (like the dummy Scout leaders that tipped over the BFR in Goblin Valley, Utah a short time ago)... but when it comes to the Rent-a-cops from CPB, "tienes armas, tienes poder". They got guns, they win.

The Daily Caller? Tucker Carlson's pet project, along with some hack who was an adviser to war criminal Dick Cheney? Really?

The report said he heard the " snap " of a holster. WHAT?!?!? Send him to the south boarder so he knows real dangers are .not that north border saving us from the snow birds.

Sounds normal for the Gestapo. They do what they want and answer to no one. No oversight in the CBP.

Here's an update to the original post. Seems the video cameras never lie (think Tahmooressi), and the BS claims were, well, BS.

UPDATE:

Responding to the controversy surrounding the incident, the CPB released its own statement, in which it called into question the troop leader’s claims, to KCCI on Wednesday.

“CBP’s review of this group’s inspection, including video footage review, indicates that our officer did not un-holster or handle his weapon as stated in the allegation. The review revealed nothing out of the ordinary. We have reached out to the Boy Scout troop for additional information in reference to the allegation. The video footage has been referred to CBP Internal Affairs for further review.”
