HWY 3 near Hwy 5 Road Damage

Spanish translation from source:

This picture gives account of the harm suffered by the tier Ensenada to San Felipe.

The damage on the road is located at kilometer 189 near the Chinero, perhaps due to heavy rain today, as well as reported part of the road that runs from the junction of the military checkpoint in San Felipe - Ensenada as severely damaged.

It is recommended that you take extra precautions, since at the time to take this picture, there was no road signs or authorities of roads.

Nasty washout. I hope they put candles on those tire barricades before night. That is prime example of why to avoid night driving.

It rained here today as hard as I have ever seen it. It came up from the south so I am sure thats what caused this.

Wow, if that kind of rain fell onto the Mike's to Meling road it could be a mess...drove that road after the winter of 1997-8 and I wouldn't care to do that again...
