heading south tomorrow 8/22 from Calexico - Weather?

Got into El Centro and Calexico in a thunder and rain storm just a little while ago.

Am wondering if anyone is around San Felipe and south to give us a weather / road conditions - current - report for tomorrow's drive from here to GN.

Thanks, in advance!!!!;D

Here in Mulege we've been having typical late-August weather for the eastern peninsula.

Thunder and a bit of rain in the afternoons earlier this week, none the last two days, but with tribunadas and relampagos at night out in the open Sea of Cortez. (that'd be clouds and huge lightening strikes -- without thunder -- and occasional hard rainstorms out there).

I notice a slight change these days. It's still hot and humid but the days seem gentler, the sea water cooler. Autumn in Baja Sur is a'comin' and you've timed your return perfectly.

Safe travels, Mula, and welcome home.

Edited to add that we're thick into hurricane season right now as all Baja Sur knows and there's one down south right now from which we're sure to get blow-off if not more. Who knows?
