I cannot find a good fish taco in Santa Rosalia...HELP!

I've tryed the four most obvious places in Santa Rosalia and they are either very fishy or very greasy. I use El Ray's or Lulu's in Loreto as benchmarks.

Is Taqueria Pepe's still there right at the entrance to town?

It's been awhile since I stopped in, but they were some of the best on the peninsula.
