ULSD availability

I know this has gone around before, but I can't find it. Ive read that ULSD is available only down to EL Rosario, and I've also read that it is available throughout Baja at the larger stations. Which case is true? {contemplating a new truck}
Thanks in advance,:?:

Testing

Bob.....somebody on this board, in one of the zillion posts on this topic, said he tested, or had it tested (from Jesus Maria) and it was ULSD........I'm sure someone with plenty of time could do a search using the search function on Nomads and find it.......maybe there is a video of it...............

On edit:

Last year the owner of a 2007 1/2 truck brought down a test kit for ULSD. He found the station at Jesus Maria did in fact have ULSD. The fuel in Baja Sur comes from La Paz and tests bad for ULSD. It would appear that the fuel in North Baja was good last year, we would really like to know if anyone has tested the fuel this year? He filled a drum at Jesus Maria and used that to fill his truck to return North. Any testing done this year?

If the tanker trucks come SOUTH from Ensenada to Villa Jesus Maria (and Bahia de los Angeles)... then it is ULSD as that is what the Ensenada fuel depot has.

If the tanker comes north from La Paz and Santa Rosalia, and crosses north over the state border line (the Eagle Monument) to Villa Jesus Maria... then it is whatever the Baja Sur depot stocks.
