Nathan's stranded in San Juanico right now, and says he hasn't heard from Mark and Olivia yet.

Someone noted to him - regarding Buenaventura area: "the road is blocked and there is no traffic going in either direction... There was a little damage here but not too bad."

That message was yesterday afternoon.

Shouldn\'t one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check or Sec.8 housing?
