Post-Odile - looking for news of some cruisers
I have not been able to get any news from family Kathy and Dan, aboard their ferrocement ketch S/S Lungta since the storm. The last location she
posted was on the 15th:
"We are tucked into a bay about 40 miles south of BLA and 75 north of Santa Rosalia. It's a good place for the SE winds that were predicted, but it's
not a "hurricane hole" "
If anyone has seen them, or has any ideas on how I can find out if they are ok, please let me know.

Do they have ham radio on board? If so, what is their callsign? I can put out feelers but with only the vessel name it'll be more challenging than if
I had a callsign. Maybe they "tucked in" at San Francisquito?

Thank you Elena!
They do have a radio, but I do not know a callsign. I live the adventure vicariously through them, but have only been able to visit once. I don't
know if they have a ham radio in addition to their ship radio. Would that be a different frequency?
Kathy has mentioned San Francisquito on her blog. I have the impression this bay they anchored in was new to them, as she did not name it.

I just quoted and emailed your inquiry to some cruisers that are holed up in Don Juan cove in Bahia de los Angeles, I'll let you know if they have
heard anything from your friends.
