Ballpark palapa construction costs

Newbie here.

I am trying to get a ballpark per sq ft cost for palapa construction in the East Cape area. I'm looking to build a pretty good sized palapa in the 600 to 800 square foot range.

Also concrete pad costs per sq ft.

Also looking for any palapa builder referrals.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Gracias

Before just jumping in take a moment to look around your area. Palapa construction comes in a wide range of quality. I don't know who did it but if you get a chance to go to Bahia de los Muertos check out the 1535 restaurant. (it used to be called the Giggling Marlin). The palm frond spacing is really tight like maybe 4" on center, beams wrapped together with raw leather or a sinew of some sort and they used the vine wrapped posts (no idea what they are called). It is really a quality job.

I will see if I can get the name of the palapa builder who did the ones at my condo complex here in La Paz. Just judging by the frond spacing and the leather or sinew wraps it may have been the same guy but our artchitech chose concrete columns instead of the vine wrapped posts.

I think that Memo from Todos Santos built that palapa.
