cell coverage, road conditions

We are heading to Loreto for Baja 1000 in 2 different vehicles, one crossing at Mexicali the other at Tijuana. In the past we have found cell coverage TJ, Ensenada , San Felipe, and San Quintin. Are there any maps showing cell coverage? Cell coverage Gonzaga Bay, Guerrero Negro, San Ignacio, Mulege, and Loreto? We have mix of ATT and Verizon phones.

Is there still a Pemex station at Jesus Maria?

Estimate of time to get from San Quintin to San Ignacio pulling 2 wheel utility trailer?

Estimate of time required to get from San Felipe to Hwy 1 at Laguna Chapala?

Been 14 years since we have been to Baja Sur. Advice and suggestions welcome.

I have T Mobile and I have coverage in all the places mentioned except San Ignacio. I have a signal just not for me. There is no cell service in Gonzaga Bay. Yes there is a PEMEX in Jesus Maria

From San Felipe to Gonzaga is about 2.5+ hours drive. It's about 100 miles on mostly a good two lane. Beware of dips to Puertecitos, after that no problem. Gonzaga to Hwy 1 is about 35 miles of poorly graded road and you will need to be extra careful to watch for pre-runners as that is part of the race course coming from Hwy 1. It could take 2 hours. So 4.5+ hours San Felipe to Hwy 1.

San Quintin to San Ignacio is 345 miles but not a lot of towns to go thru. Without speeding you could do it in 8 hours or less depending on the stops.
