Any new info on travel from Ensenada to TJ? New, old roadsopen etc?

No new info. Still using the free road. No "real" date on when the toll road will open

Are they collecting tolls for the section north of the detour point where one would get back on the toll road when heading north to Rosarito?

Yes, both the Rosarito and Playas tool booths. Also the collecting at the booth from the toll road to the Corridor 2000 exit
