Another crazy death at the border

http://www.breitbart.com/california/2014/12/25/man-dies-afte...

Known criminal walks through the northbound checkpoint at San Ysidro, gets selected for secondary inspection, attacks the guards, they Tase him, he dies. Had heroin on him.

Just nuts, some of the stuff that goes on at the border.

Do we have free will? Let's get deep.......................

In the meantime, I'm packing the rig for Ba-jah, as my son used to call it.

Merry Christmas.

A guy dies crossing the border, I link the article, and you pick a fight with me for no reason? Are you one of these expats who drinks too much? What exactly is this about? I'm really just kind of curious at this point.

A small hijack:

For those of you who have Amazon or iTunes, watch Anthony Bourdain's recent show on Massachusetts; he delves into his past heroin addiction and then goes to a town in mid-state where the heroin addiction rates among white, middle class families is high and growing. He draws a pretty clear line from the huge run-up of legitimate oxycontin use in the 1990s to the realization this it was addictive, doctors clamping down on refills and the addicts easily moving to heroin. I had no idea.

Walked across last year and after check told to have a nice day...officer with k9 came at me with dog on leash when all of the sudden the dog lunged to my left with the officer on my right. I froze. In the flash of the moment the officer said "He's after the guy behind You" as he rounded me to the dogs side of me. That dog was fast and determined woody...I didn't even look back and stood outside trying to bring my heart rate back to normal! Even though I am total legit always that dog was comin' fast and looking right through me.

I watched a drug dog alert on a vehicle in the line at San Ysidro. It was freakin' incredible. I thought that mutt was going to take out a wrench and dismantle the car.
Anyway....sounds like all those involved in yesterday's incident followed the script they had chosen. Too bad for the idiot, but tuff sheit.

With a user name like Whackamole you just can't help but want to smack him down! After all, in the Baja News forum, he posted news about Baja! Oh wait, that's what we do here.
But then he offered an opinion about the news "Just nuts, some of the stuff that goes on at the border" Well I guess that isn't so outrageous, common Mole, give me something to whack!

Criminal Druggie Done Dead

Makes for an interesting Good News story.

Interesting only in that they applied non-lethal force with a lethal result.

No doubt, there will be some who whine over that.

Most will simply be satisfied with (or applaud) another Deceased Dreg.

Before they killed him with the stun gun, he was able to attack and put four border officers in the hospital. So, he didn't go down without a fight or was stunned for no reason.

This per TV news. As there were plenty of video monitors at the location, we shall see?

Woody with all due respect, please don't tell the politician's they need to take more money from us to give to Homeland Security for more dogs or anything else. Alternately, how about demanding the CBP dismantle the CBP rescue units that don't do much of anything in reality except cost us millions. It's a redundant function. Empire building.

Also, 4 agents to the hospital??? I would bet the agents were treated for minor bo bo's and released or complaint of "back pain". It used to be part of the job. It can pay off for the officers' because they'll record it and it might lead to a disability award in the future. Reality!

In the end, one unarmed dirt bag went to jail for a warrant and possession and 4 employees needed to see a doctor. What a country.

I agree with bajalearner that probably the four border officers sustained minor bo bo's, although the papers are saying moderate injuries.

The thing is some companies send their employees to the emergency room, after hours, when they receive on-the-job injuries, and the US government has deep pockets, so I don't think it mean anything serious, that they were sent to the hospital.

C'mon four professional trained offices, against one unarmed guy, who was flagged for an outstanding warrant.

However, it looks like the border agents, were justified using force against this guy, and even using the "Taser," however the "Taser" has been implemented in many deaths, and according to the, American Heart Association’s Circulation, " the misuse of a Taser can cause sudden cardiac arrest and death."

So you just know, the border patrol agents were probably going nuts on the taser, and that's probably what killed him.

Of course, after a border patrol homicide, it's rare to hear the outcome of any investigation, and so this is probably the last we will hear about this story, unless the dead suspect had drugs in his system, and then for sure we will about hear that.

Speaking of dogs, that work with homeland security. A few months back, I got back from an international trip, and they had a dog sniffing for food in the customs line coming back to the US, I don't know if the dog was also trained to sniff for drugs, but the dog was going nuts every time it smelled food, and then the jack booted thug agent, was all over the women's purses, searching for food contraband.

Most of the time the dog was wrong, but the jack-booted thug, made excuses for dog, saying that food was probably in the purse, but no longer there. However, when the dog, and his jack-booted agent thug, did find something like a bag of cookies, they found in this woman's purse, the border patrol agent, with a stern face would turn to the woman, and then ask her, did you declare this bag of cookies?

I thought for sure, the jack-booted thug homeland security agent, was going to drag the poor woman away, but he only made her declare the bag of cookies.

Well, it's good to know our tax dollars are at work, keeping the bad guys out of the USA.
